Walking The Middle Half
Yes! Walkers are welcome to participate in the Middle Half.
There are a few things you should consider, though, before you sign up.

MTSU Track Facility is Terrific!
Last night the MTSU track and soccer stadium was named “The Dean A Hayes Track and Soccer Stadium” to honor a wonderful coach.
And, like Coach Hayes, the facility is terrific! Here are a few features you’ll enjoy at the Middle Half:

Some runners have no problem with self-motivation. But many of us need an extra incentive to get those shoes on and head out the door for our daily training run.

It’s all about the shirt

The first year we set the bar high with tech shirts. Not only that, they were gender-specific. So the gals got women’s shirts, and the guys got the men’s shirts…..(or vice versa, if that’s what they wanted).
