The Course

Start at Greenland Drive near the Middle Tennessee State University Track and Soccer Complex. Ample parking close to the start!
The course has you running down tree-lined Main Street to Maney Avenue and the historic Oakland Mansion. Circle the Square, pass by MTSU’s Fraternity Row and the official geographic center of the great state of Tennessee, then finish on the track at MTSU.
USATF Certification
The Murfreesboro Half Marathon course has been certified as accurate in measurement according to the standards adopted by the USATF Road Running Technical Council.

Aid/Water Stations
Water/Aid Stations will be located approximately every 2 miles on the first half of the race and every mile the second half of the race. Snapple Antioxidant Water will be available at most of the water stations.

Portable Toilets will be located in the Greenland Drive parking lot close to the starting line as well as along the course. Additional restroom facilities are available inside the MTSU Track and Soccer Stadium. Showers will be available after the race in the MTSU Dean Hayes Track and Soccer Stadium; bring your own towel, soap, etc.
