This is a 7 month total-body-fitness program that provides the motivation you need to meet your half marathon goal.

The first goal will span 13 weeks. The program will target beginning runners with the end result – finishing a 5K!

The 3 day workout schedule will consist of covering 3 miles in 45 minutes. It will focus on the beginning runner, but all levels are welcome.

During the next 13 weeks, the program will advance to training for The Middle Half by adding strength training and a fourth day of running.

Lastly, the program will discuss cross training, the importance of “off” days and how to personalize your workout regiment.
